Our Story

Neera Living makes solid copper water bottles, hand-hammered by artisans in India and shipped from our US warehouse. Simple pieces for a daily ritual that has been part of Indian homes for generations.

Copper Has Held Water for Centuries

Across India, families have kept their drinking water in copper for centuries. Simple copper vessels like the lota are still everyday objects there. In the Ayurvedic tradition, water rests in copper overnight and is poured the next morning, and classical Ayurvedic texts name copper among the materials for drinking vessels.

The craft is far older than any bottle: copper has been shaped by hand in South Asia for thousands of years, and it is still alive today. Our bottles are made by artisans in India who shape and hammer each piece by hand, so no two share the same pattern. Inside, the copper stays smooth and unlined, with no plating between your water and the metal, and an independent SGS test report confirmed over 99.9% copper on a sample bottle.

Neera Living carries that old vessel into modern life: a sealed 34 oz bottle you fill in the evening and take from the kitchen to the office to the trail. The name echoes neer, the Hindi and Sanskrit word for water. We ship from our US warehouse, with free US shipping and 60-day returns.
